Breach News reports are compiled from cited public sources and describe what was known when they were written. If one of them is wrong about you or your organisation, tell us here and we will review it.

How this works

Quote the passage you believe is wrong and tell us what it should say. That is what lets us fix it without writing back to you.
We review every report. Where an entry is wrong we correct it, and significant changes are recorded as a dated update so the record stays honest about what changed.
We do not enter into correspondence about editorial decisions, and submitting this form does not start one.
